Reservations, Reservation Deposits and Prepaid Rent for new reservations are not refundable if cancelled for any reason. If you have any concerns that you will need to cancel for any reason, we suggest purchasing insurance, for example, Traveler's, Renter's insurance, etc.
Open Reservations are risk-free and the reservation deposit will be returned if you cancel your reservation before we have offered you a room and you have accepted our offer. After you have accepted our offer, your reservation becomes a reservation for a 'specific date' and the reservation deposit is not refundable if you cancel your reservation.
